About sales price

We have adopted the following policy regarding product price display at our store.

• Price display including consumption tax : All product prices listed in our store include consumption tax. The displayed price includes tax and does not include additional consumption tax. In order to provide customers with clear and easy-to-understand information, all prices are displayed including tax.

• Regarding shipping charges : The product price does not include shipping charges. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the product. By specifying your shipping address during the checkout process, accurate shipping charges will be calculated and added to your final bill. Please check each product page and checkout page for detailed shipping information before placing your order.

• Shipping is free if the total purchase amount is 10,800 yen (tax included) or more. This condition applies to both Yu-Pack and Yu-Packet.
• Free shipping eligibility will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Regarding delivery

In order to ensure the delivery of your orders, our store has the following delivery policy.

shipping timing

• We will ship within 3-4 business days after receiving your order. This is to allow time for inspection and packaging of the product.
• We are closed during Golden Week (GW), Obon, and the year-end and New Year holidays, so orders placed during these periods will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders placed during these periods may be delayed in shipping.

Dealing with congestion

• During periods when the store is particularly busy or there is a high volume of orders, shipping times may be longer than the normal schedule above.
• In the unlikely event that there is a delay in shipping, we will endeavor to provide information to our customers as quickly as possible and seek their understanding.

Returns due to expiry of the product's pick-up period, incorrect delivery address, etc.

• If you are absent, Japan Post will send you an absence notice. Please adjust your desired delivery date and time to receive the product within the pick-up period.
• If the contact phone number or email address provided at the time of ordering is incorrect, shipping will be suspended and if we cannot contact you, we may cancel your order.
• If the product is returned to us due to the customer's reasons, such as if there is no response from the customer after posting the notification of absence, the order may be canceled.

Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange/refund due to defective product

• At our store, we take every possible measure to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that there is an initial defect (damage, stains, etc.), or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly take action.
• If the product is defective, we will replace it if the product is in stock. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.

Return/exchange procedures

• If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us by email within 5 business days including the date of delivery.
• After confirmation, we will guide you through the return/exchange procedure. Our store will bear the shipping charges and transfer fees for returns and exchanges.

Returns/exchanges not accepted

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 20 business days have passed after receiving the product.
• We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  • Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (difference from image, wrong order, etc.)
  • If the product has already been used
  • Products that are dirty, scratched, smelly, or damaged by the customer
  • If the condition of the product at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery
  • The color of the product image and the actual product may differ slightly depending on the viewing environment.

About return shipping methods and refunds

• If you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it using the method specified by our store.
• The maximum refund amount is the purchase amount plus return shipping costs.
• Please note that we cannot accept discounts or free offers due to product defects.
