Shipping Information

We offer the following shipping plans for domestic (within Japan) and international shipping.

International Shipping Plan
  • We use Japan Post's small packet registered mail for international shipping.
  • EMS is also available.
  • International shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your orders are delivered securely, we have established the following shipping policies:

Shipping Timing

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days after confirmation. This time is necessary for inspection and packaging of the products.
  • During Golden Week (GW), Obon, and New Year's holidays, our store will be closed. Orders during these periods will be processed on the next business day. Please note that shipments may be delayed during these times.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number of Click Post to be reflected. Please wait until the tracking number is updated after we inform you.
  • For made-to-order items, production will begin after payment confirmation. Since production takes time, it may take up to 10 days before shipment. Cancellations after ordering are not accepted.

Handling Busy Periods

  • During particularly busy periods or when there is a high volume of orders, the shipping time may be longer than the usual schedule mentioned above.
  • If the shipment is delayed, we will provide information to the customer as quickly as possible and strive to receive your understanding.

Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages or Incorrect Address

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice of attempted delivery will be left by Japan Post. Please arrange a convenient delivery time within the specified period and ensure to receive the package.
  • If there are any errors in the contact phone number or email address provided at the time of order, the shipping process will be halted. If we are unable to contact you, the order may be canceled.
  • If the package is returned to us due to reasons such as unclaimed delivery after a notice has been left or incorrect delivery address, the order may be canceled.
