Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges and Refunds for Defective Products

While we strive for the highest quality in our products, we understand that defects (such as damage or staining) or incorrect items may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will promptly address the issue.

For defective products, we will provide an exchange if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Return & Exchange Procedure

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via email within 10 business days of the delivery date. Upon confirmation, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. We will cover the shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges.

Non-Acceptance of Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after 10 business days from the delivery date.
  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., the product not meeting expectations, incorrect orders).
  • Products that have already been used.
  • Products that have been soiled, damaged, or have acquired odors while in the customer's possession.
  • Products returned in a condition significantly different from the original delivery.
  • Slight color variations due to different viewing environments.

Return Method and Refunds

When returning or exchanging a product, please follow the method specified by our store. Refunds are limited to the purchase amount plus return shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot offer discounts or free replacements for defective products.
